Welcome to Coast2Coast Buy & Sell ("Coast2Coast", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.
Coast2Coast is a venue that lets users list, discover, message, and pay for items. We do not own, inspect, warrant, or take possession of items. Transactions are between the buyer and the seller. We are not a party to any sale.
We are not responsible for items not received, items not as described, broken, damaged, or non-working items, or any other dispute between a buyer and a seller. You agree to review listings carefully, communicate with the other party before purchasing, and to resolve disputes directly. Refunds and returns are at the seller's discretion unless required by law.
During our launch period, listing items is free in every category — for sale, wanted, classifieds, vehicles, rentals, jobs, services, and everything else. Browsing, messaging sellers, and creating an account are also free. The only optional paid feature is the $5 listing bump, which pushes your post to the top of the feed for 7 days. Buyers pay shipping costs and a small platform fee at checkout when they purchase an item. We will give clear notice before introducing any new listing fees.
You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy of information you provide. You must use your real identity for payments and payouts.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By transacting on Coast2Coast you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe Services Agreement. We may charge platform fees disclosed at checkout. Payouts may be delayed pending verification.
Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders accurately and on time. Buyers and sellers should attempt to resolve disputes directly. Refund and chargeback decisions ultimately rest with Stripe and the issuing card networks. See our Refund Policy.
By initiating any shipped transaction on Shopcoast2coast.com you agree to the following logistics policy. This pop-up must be accepted at checkout before payment is processed or any carrier label / QR drop-off token is generated.
All logistics, label processing, and shipping services are provided by independent third-party networks (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and EasyPost). Shopcoast2coast.com is a software marketplace data venue. We do not operate as a postal carrier, shipping broker, or freight forwarder.
You explicitly agree that Shopcoast2coast.com shall not be held liable, financially or legally, for any transit-related issues. This includes, but is not limited to, lost packages, stolen items, delayed deliveries, mail fraud, sorting errors, or physical damage incurred during transit.
By utilizing the platform-generated QR code or shipping token, you agree to be bound by the specific terms, weight rules, and insurance limits of the selected shipping carrier. Any claims for lost or damaged goods must be filed directly by the user with the respective carrier.
Sellers agree that payouts are managed via third-party escrow (Stripe Connect) and will only be released following verified carrier delivery webhooks. Shopcoast2coast.com reserves the right to freeze transactions if carrier-reported package weights deviate from the listed item profile.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove listings, or withhold payouts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items, the truth of listings, or the ability of users to complete transactions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coast2Coast is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or items lost or damaged in transit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the fees we collected from you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Coast2Coast harmless from any claim arising out of your listings, your transactions, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
