← BackRefund & Returns Policy
Coast2Coast holds every payment in escrow so buyers and sellers are both protected. Funds are only released to the seller after the buyer confirms the item arrived as described — or after the review window closes without a dispute.
How escrow works
- Buyer pays at checkout. Funds are held by Coast2Coast — the seller is not paid yet.
- Seller ships the item with tracking.
- Once tracking shows delivered (or the buyer confirms receipt), a 3-day review window opens.
- If the buyer leaves a positive review (4–5 stars), funds are released to the seller immediately.
- If the buyer does not leave any feedback within 3 days, funds are automatically released to the seller.
- If the buyer opens a dispute within 3 days (item damaged or not as described), funds stay frozen pending review.
Refunds for damaged or not-as-described items
- Buyer opens a dispute within the 3-day window and uploads photos of the issue.
- Buyer ships the item back to the seller using a tracked carrier.
- The refund is only issued once return tracking confirms the seller has received the item back. Tracking is the proof — no tracking, no refund.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear.

Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback bypasses our escrow and review process. Chargeback decisions rest with Stripe and the issuing card networks.
