Refund & Returns Policy

Coast2Coast holds every payment in escrow so buyers and sellers are both protected. Funds are only released to the seller after the buyer confirms the item arrived as described — or after the review window closes without a dispute.

Always message the seller first through the in-app inbox. If you can't resolve it, email abuse@shopcoast2coast.com.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback bypasses our escrow and review process. Chargeback decisions rest with Stripe and the issuing card networks.
